you wood, water, fire, metal or earth? This model is based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) .
It is a system that has been developed over thousands of years to define and enhance our understanding of ourselves,
our mates, our families. The strengths and weaknesses of health and personality are illuminated , as are
our relationships. Who strengthens me or weakens me and why? Why does one person laugh
while another cries? This system has lasted thousands of years because it contains truth for understanding
as well as techniques for going forward. Three hour class.
Energy Medicine Classes
Daily Energy Routine
This class teaches a basic energy routine consisting of simple exercises which,
if done daily, will move your energy in a way that will bring a vitality to your system to move your mind and body in the
direction you want. It is the basis of an energy system which can lead you from healing illness to increasing
vitality and infusing energy into every cell of your body. The routine was designed by Donna Eden and is
the basis for her groundbreaking Energy Medicine. It will bring amazing benefits to everyone, from children
to the elderly and from healthy to chronically ill. This one five minute routine is enough to strengthen
all of your body systems, including pumping up your immune system and providing a platform for healing and health. All of
the exercises can be done standing, sitting or lying down. They can be adjusted for everyone, no matter
what your current physical condition. Two Hours
Weight Management
Join me in learning techniques for lowering your set point (the weight you automatically go to if
you are managing your weight), improving your metabolism, assimilating food more effectively and activating a sluggish digestive
tract. We will explore ways of balancing your hormones in order to stabilize your weight control
as well as energy psychology techniques which will change your way of thinking about your weight and your body.
An ongoing two hour class on the third Monday of each month.
Energy Medicine for Women
Balance your Hormones without Drugs
Learn a five minute simple exercise routine that will balance your hormones, regardless
of your age. This class will address issues of hormones for women from puberty to menopause with stops
in between. In the class you will learn how your hormones affect every part of your life and how to clear
blockages, bring earth energies into your body and to clear energy systems affected by hormones.

Sexuality,
Fertility, Pregnancy
This
class addresses the issues of balancing your sexual energies and managing your fertility. It continues
with a sequence of non-invasive, non-drug techniques for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.
Learn exercises for opening your sexual channels, calming your meridians, balancing your chakras and
addressing back pain and issues of pregnancy. Finally there are techniques for getting you through labor.
Three hour class
Managing Menopause and PMS
Learn how to finally make yourself comfortable
at the first sign of PMS. Control your body and your emotions through the hormonal fluctuations
of PMS and Menopause. This class addresses specific concerns like cramps, breast tenderness and bloating.
The Menopause module addresses issues of stimulating estrogen production, progesterone and testosterone production
and isometrics for preventing osteoporosis. Simple techniques control hot flashes. You
will learn how to energy test supplements to determine their effect on your body. Six hour class.
